Dear Parents, We are very excited about the launch of PTO Manager. This online tool will help to get accurate records and tracking of our school's volunteer efforts.

As we previously communicated, we were hoping that all families would go online and register at http://www.mableton.ptomanager.com/ so that we could begin the process of completing our data entry for previous hours completed.

We recognize that families may not have immediate access to a computer to register online, so the Volunteer Coordinators have identified a few options to help facilitate the process:

Option 1: Access http://www.mableton.ptomanager.com from any computer with Internet access and self-register online.

Option 2:
Send an email to volunteercoordinator@iamableton.org along with your telephone contact information so that we can schedule 10 minutes with you to gather your information and enter it into the PTO Manager system.

It is important that all parents be registered in PTO Manager so that we can provide reporting of volunteer hours to you and the school as required by the IIAM Charter.

Please note that we will manually enter no more than 15 hours per caregiver, or 30 hours per multiple caregiver household (the required hours recognized by the IIAM Charter); however, we recognize many of you have gone above and beyond the call of duty, and have completed more than the required amounts of volunteer hours. To you, the school and PTO would like to say, THANK YOU. We appreciate all of your hard work and effort to make our school a success.
