Site Suggestions
- Training is definitely a good idea.
- Establish guidelines for what information goes where.
- Establish style guidelines for font type, size and color so the site has a consistent look & feel.
- Establish rules as to the types of information that may be posted, or even better what should NOT be posted.
- The home page has too much information on it right now. I am sure that is simply an example of how the home page will be laid out, but we need to limit the information so people don't have to scroll.
- Let's launch the site with complete and accurate information on every page. I know there are some pages with incorrect or outdated information.
- Create a site roadmap that can be provided to parents so they know where to go to find the information they want/need.
- What happens when a day on the calendar has so many events they won't all fit in the space provided?
Provide definitions of each Group so that people know which (if any) Groups they should subscribe to.

good ideas
I just want to point out that the calendar does show the whole month, with every event if you click on the month:
March 2008
Additionally, you can if you look under the calendar, there is a little read, calendar icon. If you click on that, you can download an "ical" file which can be imported into just about every calendar out there: Apple iCal, Outlook, Google! Calendar, etc. Pretty slick!
